1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MenuBoard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MenuBoard is a platform that connects local restaurants with customers seeking lunch specials. Venues can post time-limited lunch specials, and users can discover and claim these specials through our mobile application.

3. For Venues

3.1 Account Registration

Venues must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Hour Packs and Billing

Venues purchase "hour packs" for visibility time. Each hour pack grants the ability to display specials for the purchased duration. Hours are non-refundable once purchased. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.

3.3 Content Standards

Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their posted specials, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Content must not be misleading, offensive, or violate any applicable laws.

4. For Users

4.1 Free Service

The MenuBoard mobile app is free for users. No subscription or payment is required to browse and claim lunch specials.

4.2 Claiming and Redeeming

Claiming a special generates a QR code valid for redemption at the venue. Users must redeem specials within the time window specified. Venues have final discretion on redemption.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MenuBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MenuBoard does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

MenuBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
